A&R Retiree Council Executive Board members joined in the celebration as our parent Local 4200 celebrated it's 30th anniversary at a December 9, 2011 Holiday party that was attended by 1,200 A&R members and guests. Secretary of the State Denise Merrill, U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal, LT Governor Nancy Wyman and Connecticut Speaker of the House Chris Donovan all stopped by the give their best wishes.
